our first event of this exact flavour, but in no ways a new mode overall. this vibe is home to us. this is a *return* more than anything, but with updated ways and awareness, and also because we are in brand new times (that very much need this, we think). re-invoking and re-energizing key components of events like CATS ONLY CLUB, the first years of the SLOWTEMPO stage at basscoast, the Garden🌿 last year at pachena bay, the daytime programming at CRYSTAL CREEK festival, the chill-side components of first wave LOW INDIGO events ..and going further back to events like FIRE LIGHT LULLUBIES (for those that know), full downtempo parties like DIONYSUS, and even further back to when THE CHILL OUT ROOM was an integrated and very regular part of the culture.

bringing back that full-on DOWNTEMPO & deeper beats & chill vibes. sounds and moods below the water mark. inside a DUBWISE mentality, with awareness and nods to sound system ways, and a knowledge of place and current times and other and next, played thru a certain spirit .. with a certain poetry ..

sounds to sit back and chill to, to connect with others, and to maybe move a bit on the dancefloor as you feel. as you are. laid back. easy.

DJ's and other vibe contributors will not be officially announced in advanced. and this'll be more of DJ thing (not live performances) so it will all flow and interweave all night. with vocals sprinkled and dubbed on the mic, and some vj/visual components too.

this first one is happening right on the SUMMER SOLSTICE. fullest sun and illumination. brightest light.

we got a dj/producer who tours on the regular and is part of high level international sqaud, super hyped to play in this mode. another well-loved name who used to play out a lot, years back, and only really comes out when they are truly feeling it - and they are super feeling for this! we got some one else travelling over some water for us too. and a handful of other energy in the mix too. ...other dj's are already lined up and vibing for future dates too.
